Carolyn Hamby
Chief Executive Officer
Carolyn has been involved in nurturing FSI since its founding in 1994, overseeing its growth and development for more than 30 years. Her early career in finance and business management, and her experience as EVP of a financial institution, taught her how to keep Facility Services strong and stable. Carolyn's commitment to our customers and the FSI Family of Employees has solidified FSI as a leader in superior service where employees can thrive and know they are appreciated.
Lee Thomason
President
Lee has been leading people and managing program resources for more than 30 years. His experience in government contract management includes operations and maintenance, renovation and repair, non-medical and medical housekeeping, and base operations support. Lee was a Commissioned Officer in the U.S. Army and has a Bachelor of Science in Business Management/Military Science from Western Kentucky University. Lee believes in fostering teamwork and ensuring objectives are understood and achieved.
Rick Phillips
Executive Vice President of Operations and Business Development
Rick has over 30 years’ experience working on government-related projects and 25 years’ experience managing facilities, maintenance, construction, and military base operations support projects valued over $500 million. Rick consistently strives for excellence and has gained a reputation for results-driven performance and successful project delivery.
Jill Workman
Vice President of Administration
Jill has over 30 years of diversified experience in business administration and management. She has an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration, and 18 years of experience in administrating, developing, evaluating, negotiating, and preparing bids and proposals for governmental contracts. She ensures all parties are compliant with the terms of the contract, while also ensuring all contracts abide by local and federal laws. In addition, Jill also serves as FSI’s Facility Security Officer.
Don Androsky
Vice President O&M Services
Don has worked in Medical Treatment Facilities for 40 years, leading over 1,000 employees on O&M and Housekeeping projects. He has extensive experience with Joint Commission requirements and Management of the Environment of Care.
Gary McLagan
Director of Construction
Gary has 40+ years of engineering, construction, and maintenance experience. His knowledge ranges from TJC/EC and life safety codes to design and construction of healthcare facilities, energy conservation, quality control programs, and RCM integrations.
