Description
FSI was awarded a five-year contract by the U.S. General Services Administration Office of Federal Acquisition to perform all operations and maintenance services, corrective maintenance, preventive maintenance, and new work for the medical facilities at Altus AFB, Oklahoma, Sheppard AFB, Texas, and their ancillary medical support facilities.
Facility Services will staff all personnel and provide equipment, tools, vehicles, materials, supervision, subcontractors, and any other necessary items and services. FSI will maintain multiple buildings in multiple different geographical locations; as well as, perform Entomology and Pest Control support services.
Altus AFB is located about four miles from Altus, Oklahoma, and is responsible for providing advance specialty training for flight crews and aircraft maintenance students. Sheppard AFB is located only 1.5 hours from Altus AFB and is the largest and most diverse training base in the Air Education and Training Command.
