Employment and Income Verification

FSI uses The Work Number® to provide automated employment and income verifications for our employees.  The Employer Code for FSI (Facility Services Management, Inc) is 119348.

2. Select “I’m a Verifier"

3. Provide the following:

   • Employee’s Social Security Number
